Why go with a guide?

  • "Forest bathing felt as if nature took me in her arms and held me with acceptance and understanding. The invitations to open our senses to the beauty around us were so effective they penetrated the shield it's taken me years to build. I can't think of a more perfect way to celebrate my birthday."

    Karen K.

  • "This was a truly amazing experience that left me feeling more grounded and calm and connected than I had in a long time. Kate is a wonderful guide who tailored the experience perfectly for our group. I cannot recommend this highly enough! It's just what I needed in these crazy busy times."

    Jessica W.

  • "In this world that seems to value busyness, Forest Bathing provided an opportunity to slow down, to be present, and to just be. I've been carrying my experience with me and reminding myself to breathe deep and experience the life and beauty that is happening all around me."
